The major aim of the B.Tech/M.Tech UG Student Connect Initiative Program is to invite UG
students from various universities/Institutions to participate in this conference. The basic
idea behind the scheme is to encourage UG Students towards the RF and Microwave domain by
providing them exposure during the conference. Through this scheme, the plan is to invite
50 students from various institutions/universities, who would be offered complimentary
registration to attend the full event.
The students selected for this program would be offered full registration and Limited Travel Support, which
includes following:
- Welcome Dinner
- Lunch
- Registration Kit
- Awards Night Dinner
- Tea/Coffee Breaks
- Sleeper Class Onward and Return Train Fare (Maximum INR 2000/Student)
The number of candidates called for UG student initiative would be decided by the MAPCON Organizing Committee.

The students completing the program successfully would be issued a Certificate.

The successful completion of the program would include

Mandatorily Attending the YP Session;

Attending all the Plenary/Invited Talks;

Attending either the Industry or the Technical Workshop;

Visiting all the Exhibition Booths;

Attending most of the Technical Sessions;

Submission of a final report in the PDF format at the end of the conference describing
(a) Key Take away from YP Session
(b) One invited talk
(c) One paper presented in the technical session
(d) One lecture from workshop, and
(e) One product from the exhibition. Maximum length of the report should be of 10 slides.
